Far from life, far from death

Pure delight with every breath

Enveloped in the richness true

Could this fairytale be you

In tangled webs of Love, I spin

But no longer, I am free

Dizzied by the place I'm in

Where all I see is you and me

Fight, Fly, Free to be

What this world shall render

A joyous fate, that you love me

Surpassing any time or splendor

One with forever ago, today

How could this be again

That fate saw my heart to obey

Gave to me what should have been

Could this be a dream I live

Should I finally wake?

Or is it now my time to give

Forever his and able to take

Pinch me.

Walk with a new step and call

A Darker Side of Me

A place was unlocked

Inside of me

A darker side

I long to heed

 

In a time

Of merely weeks

I made a bond

I’d hoped to keep

But as is life

So bitter sweet

Love and Fate combined

Said it could not be

 

I take with me

So many things

I would have never known

Or never seen

 

With a new zest for life

I spread my wings

And take the strife

Of all coming things

And I hold onto this love

Keeping it locked within

Until the day it comes to be

That Love and Fate join sides with me.
